Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) High Tc SQUIDs using three Josephson junctions, which we call 3J-SQUID, have been designed and fabricated. 3J-SQUIDs with inductances ranging from 100pH to 230pH have been made, and their voltage-flux characteristics have been measured. It is shown that the modulation voltage of 3J-SQUIDs is larger than that of conventional SQUIDs in wide range of inductances (100pH~230pH). It is also shown that 3J-SQUID improves inductance dependence of modulation voltage. The experimental results are in good agreement with the theoretical prediction.
