Abstract(in English) | C-axis oriented Tl_2Ba_2CaCu_2O_δ thin films have been prepared on MgO with good reproducibility by annealing them in an alumina capsule sealed by a gold gasket. The structure and electrical properties of these thin films have been investigated. It has been found that the crystalline alignment of the thin films depends on the annealing temperature, the Tl composition of the pellets for Tl compensation, and the film thickness. It becomes difficult to obtain the c-axis oriented thin films when the film thickness is increased. The zero-resistance temperature T_ |
