Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We have fabricated edge junctions using Y_<0.7>Ca_<0.3>Ba_2Cu_3O_<7-X>(Ca-YBCO) as the interlayer. The properties of the junctions with Ca-YBCO barrier, were consistent with the theory of the proximity effect. In order to improve superconductivity at the interface of YBCO/PBCO/YBCO edge junction, we inserted Ca-YBCO layers at both sides of the PBCO barrier. In the junctions, the excess current was reduced, though an increase of I_cR_n product was not observed.
