Abstract(in English) | We have studied the properties of planar-type junctions using Bi_2Sr_2Ca_2Cu_3Ox thin films annealed at 800℃ for 1 minute in order to improve the properties. For bicrystal junctions, RSJ-like I-V characteristics are observed and the supercurrent is periodically modulated by the applied magnetic field at 77K. For step-edge junctions, Jc rises about an order of magnitude and Tc of the junction is about 10K higher. |
