Abstract(in English) The surface resistance Rs of Tl2Ba2CaCu2Ox thin films has been studied as a function of the temperature by using a hemispherical-type Fabry-Perot resonator. The Tl2Ba2CaCu2Ox thin films which have the different orientation are fabricated on the MgO substrates by the magnetron sputtering deposition and the post anneal process. The rapid drop of Rs was observed below the critical temperature Tc and 89mΩ at 101K was obtained in the c-axis oriented thin film. It wasn't observed in the film which includes 11.7% poly-crystalline region of full area. It was confirmed that the Rs strongly depends on the different orientation of the superconducting thin film.
