Abstract(in English) | The microwave properties of YBCO thin films have been investigated using superconducting coplanar waveguide resonators. Using calculated inductance, the magnetic penetration depth is evaluated from the temperature dependence of resonance frequency. The surface resistance and the complex conductivity are determined using this result. The lowest surface resistance is 20.8μΩ at 4.2K and 236.5μΩ at 77K measured at 3.8GHz. The relevance of the weakly coupled grain model that explains the residual surface resistance in high-Tc superconductors is discussed. |
