Abstract(in English) | High temperature superconducting (HTS) thin film technology can provide microwave filter components, particularly for use in wireless communications and satellite communication & broadcasting systems. Passive HTS devices represent a significant improvement over normal metal components in the microwave frequency region. HTS mixer can provide better performance than conventional semiconductor technology at 60GHz and 94GHz frequencies, which promise to be useful for future advanced rader systems. |
