Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Resistance shunted tunnel junctions are used for Josephson oscillators as non-hysteric Josephson junctions. Such junctions have an LCR resonator formed by the junction capacitance, the shunt resistance and the inductance between the junction and the shunted resistance. In this paper, we present the results of our study on the resonance properties and fabricated Josephson array oscillators using the resonant effect. The oscillators were formed by 20 shunted tunnel junctions and Nb microstrip lines. Shapiro steps were clearly observed and the power delivered to the detector was estimated to be about 0.5μW at 312 GHz.
