Noise Temperature Measurement of YBC0 Step-Edge Josephson Mixer in millimeter wave

Abstract(in English) We have measured the noise temperature of YBCO step-edge Josephson mixers using conventional hot/cold blackbody irradiation technique. In the measurment of the quasi-optcal method. We used the YBCO step-edge Josephson junction with the log-periodic antenna, which has the broad band characteristics. The peaks of the IF output between the Shapiro steps have observed clearly, and obtained the difference of IF output under irradiation of 77 K and 300 K blackbodies. The minimum noise temperature of the YBCO step-edge Josephson mixers was obtained of 2800 K(DSB).
