Advancement of YBaCuO Trilayer Junctions

Abstract(in English) We have demonstrated the reproducibility of YBaCuO/PrBaCuO/YBaCuO trilayer junctions on the different substrates, which are fabricated by precisely controlling the composition of YBaCuO films and PrBaCuO barriers. Both two junction samples on the different substrate showed the RSJ-like current-voltage characteristic with the average values of the Josephson critical current density of 217A/cm^2 and 136A/cm^2, indicating the reasonable reproducibility of YBaCuO trilayer junctions. In addition, we have tried to fabricate the YBaCuO trilayer junctions with the YBaCuO wiring layer using a CeO_2/MgO piled film as an insulating layer.
