Abstract(in English) | We have proposed non-latching magnetic coupling single flux quantum (SFQ) circuit using rf-SQUID. But, it is a problem that the margin is low on logic circuit (ex. AND circuit). Therefore, in this paper we investigate the signal propagation properties of the transmission line (the local linear analysis on non-hysteresis mode and the evaluation of energy on hysteresis mode). As the result of the investigation, gain of the signal is not obtained on both mode. |
