Abstract(in English) We prepared a c-axis oriented Tl_2Ba_2CaCu_2O_δ thin film using a new annealing method with a sealed capsule. Temperature of the film and Tl_2O pressure were separately controlled during annealing, with heaters for the film and a Tl_2O_3 pellet. The crystalline structure of the film annealed at various temperatures of the film and the pellet was investigated. As a result the positional relation of the regions of superconductor phases and impurity phases for the temperature of the film and Tl content in the film was found. In addition, it was proved that the structure of the annealed films strongly depends on the conditions of the temperature and the Tl content in the film during cooling. Annealing on the basis of these results improved the homogeneity of the Tl_2Ba_2CaCu_2O_δ thin films.
