Abstract(in English) The antenna-coupled device structure is one of the effective methods to improve the responsivity of Josephson device. In this study, we aimed at the improvement of the responsivity of slot antenna coupled YBCO Josephson devices by optimizing the device structure. By optimizing the thickness of MgO substrate on which the Josephson device was fabricated and the direction of millimeter-wave irradiation, the responsivity of the slot antenna coupled device improved by 7dB comparing to the Josephson device without slot antenna for 48GHz millimeter-wave irradiation.
