Abstract(in English) | In order to measure the surface resistance R_s of high-T_c superconductors at microwave frequency, we have proposed a method using two dielectric rod resonators, where one is for the TE_<011> mode and the other is for the TE_<01p> mode. In this paper, a R_s measurement method using two resonant modes in a dielectric rod resonator, the TE_<012> and TE_<021> modes are discussed. In this method, only one measurement is needed to measure the temperature dependence of R_s. It is shown that excellent reproducibility of measurements can be obtained in this method. |
