Abstract(in English) High temperature superconductor with having low surface resistance at micro wave band is expected to be applied to filters that have low insertion loss and sharp skirt characteristics. In order to make a planer type multi-pole filter for mobile telecommunication, we deposited high temperature superconducting thin films on both sides of 4cm^2 substrate. The surface resistance of the films was about 0.35mΩ and the flatness was very good. We designed a 9-pole Tchebyischeff filter at 2.6GHz with 34MHz bandwidth and fabricated it using the films. The passband insertion loss at 70K was about 0.3dB with 0.1dB ripple.
