Abstract(in English) | The microwave properties of YBCO thin films have been measured using superconducting coplanar waveguide resonators. Using the values of numeric calculation, the magnetic penetration depth is evaluated from the temperature dependence of resonance frequency. The complex conductivity for the two-fluid model is determined using this result. According to the weakly coupled grain model, the complex conductivities of both the grain and the weaklink is estimated. The relevance of the weakly coupled grain model is discussed. |
