Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) To apply a high-temperature superconducting device to a millimeter-wave device, we have developed 100 GHz mixer-antennas. The mixer antenna has a very wide frequency band response but is not so low in noise level that we have to investigate a new function of the superconducting device. Then we have found the output phase of the intermediate frequency can be controlled by changing bias currents of Josephson junctions of the mixer antenna. In this paper, we report the results of the phase shift characteristics in addition to the fabrication process and the device design.
