Investigation of Superconducting Microstripline Resonators by Electromagnetic Field Simulation

Abstract(in English) In this paper, we investigate Y-Ba-Cu-O microstripline resonators by electromagnetic field simulation We apply a commercial electromagnetic simulator to the simulation of superconducting resonators. To realize the simulation of the superconducting resonators, we substitute the value based on the two fluids model into the surface impedance which is one of the input parameters in the simulation. Moreover, we use FDTD method to simulate the superconducting resonators. Using these simulation method, we investigate the device characteristics of the Y-Ba-Cu-O microstripline resonators in high frequency.
