Abstract(in English) As the pratical use of the Automobile Collision Warning System, it is required that the wave absorber for proof of environment at 60 GHz frequency band, which some of guardrail is fitted up with, keep from wrong motion on unnecessary wave. In this paper, we directed our attention to epoxy-modify uretane rubbers which has given result at 8-12 GHz frequency band. In realize the wave absorber at 60 GHz frequency band with epoxy-modify uretane rubbers, first we tried to measure the complex permittivity of this material using the absolute value of reflection coefficient. And then, as the result of this measurement, we confirmationed that this material has been available for the realization.
