Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Recently, the practical use of like the hot spot service etc. is progressing. However, the situation for mobile user changes dynamically. Then, the distributed platform which satisfy she following requirements in addition to the locatlon-based resource information provision is needed; I) Distributed personal environment access with arbitrary device and 2) Sharing of environment model so get improvement of development efficiency and so use another ubiquitous environment and 3) Easy discovery of desired resources and inseroperation between distributed ubiquitous environments and 4) Safe, dynamic access control in moving destination. In this paper, we propose MUSA (Model-based Ubiquitous Service Architecture), whichintroduce the world model and token model based on the possession and management, smart card and the plug and the play technology. Moreover, we reports on the prototype system which mounts by using smart card information sharing platform NICE, Jini , Java Card , and PDA.
