Abstract(in English) In this paper, we describe and examine she issue how much Web application development period can be shortened if similar service information (such as specification, design, implementation, and examination) is given beforehand. We propose an application development method based on sub-problems extracted from similar service and the partial solutions made beforehand. We call this method "cooperating application templates" on "cooperating information platforms". We apply this technique so a Web application based on J2EE model and then prepare the sub-problems on contents distributing service and their partial solutions. The proposed method was evaluated by making experiment applying the prepared sub-problems and partial solutions so another new contents distributing service, which is based on copyright management. As a result, the man-hour reduction in 50% and 31% was achieved to the design and she implementation process for the service construction respectively.
