| Abstract(in English) | This paper presents an agent framework that supports a variety of human-human communication ranging from information sharing to fostering connectedness among people. In this framework, a personal agent exists for each user. The agent has a personal repository that contains a variety of information on the user. The agent provides a foundation on which various applications that support and enhance communication activities of the user can be constructed. The functionalities required for the agent are discussed, and applications of the proposed agent framework are presented. |
