Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The development of the domestic robots called "Pet robots" has been advanced, and they have been on sale for the general domestics. Pet robots, that are imitations of pets such as dogs and cats, behave like real animals imitating their figures and actions. Since pet robots are more hygienic and safe than real animals, they are taken notice as a healing pet robot which can heal people's heart such as inpatients and the aged. In the experiment, a seal puppet, which has 10 pressure sensors inside the body, has prepared as for the pet robot. These sensors react by embracing or stroking its body. By the reaction patterns of these sensors, we propose a method of distingishing the owner of the pet robot.
