An Intelligent Mechanism to Understand Time in a Simple Sentence

Abstract(in English) In the near future, we need intelligent robot which understand user's demand by the natural way.In such robot, the important function is interactive conversation.To understand time is one of key technologies of the interactive conversation.This paper proposes a mechanism to understand time expression with knowledge base of usual words.By using a concept-base which is constructed from dictionaries automatically for general purpose, this mechanism can understand a word which is not exist in the knowledge base.Especially, this paper proposes the way to understand simple sentense without verb data by using concept-base.
