| 抄録(和) | 遺伝的アルゴリズムの探索性能を改善するためには, 交叉確率や突然変異確率, 集団サイズなどのパラメータを適切に設定しなければならない. しかし, 予備実験により, 可能なパラメータの組合せを全て調べて, 最適なパラメータ設定をすることは困難である. 本研究では, 適応的GAをフローショップ・スケジューリング間題に適用する. 適応的GAでは, ファジィルールにより遺伝的操作のパラメータを決定する. 数値実験では, 幾つかの交叉操作や突然変異操作を用いて, 適応的GAの有効性を示す. |
| 抄録(英) | In order to improve the performance of genetic algorithms, parameters such as a crossover probability, a mutation probability, and a population size should be examined carefully. It is difficult, however, to find the best (or better) parameter specifications by examining all possible parameter specifications preliminarily. In this paper, we apply an adaptive genetic algorithm (AGA) to flowshop scheduling problems for minimizing the makespan (i.e., the maximum flowtime). In AGAs, probabilities for genetic operators arc defined by fuzzy rules automatically in order to cope with the difficulties in defining parameter specifications preliminarily. We examine several crossover operators and mutation operators for genetic algorithms and show the effectiveness of the AGAs. |
