Abstract(in English) | In this paper we first point out that emerge and development of not flat but multi-layered networks is an essential characteristic of innovative societies such as Silicon Valley. Then, based on the observation, to show that such phenomena are quite natural in a rigid way, we propose a formal model called hierarchical network system model by combining ply-agent systems theory with hierarchical systems theory. |
