On Agent-based Grocery Shopping System

Abstract(in English) We propose an agent-based grocery shopping system, which purchases grocery on behalf of us to reduce our erveryday work load. In this paper, we explain the functions of GrocShop, an agent-based grocery shopping system, in which a user agent purchases grocery from grocery stroes through cooperation with store servers on the network. GrocShop user agent builds a grocery shopping list based on the menus selected by user. GrocShop user agent gathers grocery information from grocery stores, and order grocery to best provider item by item. We are consider two methods for gathering grocery information for grocery shopers;(1)one-time gathering, and (2)item-by-item gathering.
