| 抄録(和) | 本報告は、異常徴候と一致していない故障仮説の検査及び刈り込み方法について検討する。異常徴候と一致していない故障仮説群を刈り込む為に、故障仮説群を擬似故障仮説、矛盾故障仮説、候補故障という3種類の故障仮説に分類した。これらの故障仮説群を刈り込む為には、擬似故障仮説及び矛盾故障仮説の場合は、各故障仮説の内容と他の故障仮説との比較による方法を考察し、候補故障の場合は、それと関連する故障モデルに基づく機械全体の振舞いのシミュレーションを通して、その妥当性を検査する方法を検討した。さらに、空調機プラントの故障診断を題材として、生成された故障仮説から擬似故障仮説、及び矛盾故障仮説を取り除く実験を行った結果、各実験において、異常徴候と一致していない故障仮説のほとんどが刈り込まれていることを確認した。以上のことより、本報告で提案した故障仮説検査法は有用であり、故障診断効率の向上に寄与するものと評価できる。 |
| 抄録(英) | Due to its natural incompleteness,a fault hypothesis generator is always considered to produce inconsistent fault hypotheses.In this paper,some notions on testing fault hypotheses are described. In order to discard inconsistent fault hypotheses,a technique classifying types of them and pruning them based on the types is proposed.The technique divides fault hypotheses into three types: pseudo fault hypotheses,contradicting fault hypotheses,and candidate faults.Experimentson testing fault hypotheses by pruning the pseudo and contradicting fault hypotheses have been done,and the results have shown that by doing so,inconsistent fault hypotheses can be gotten rid of considerably.Furthermore,notions to deal with candidate faults are presented as well. |
