Abstract(in English) In this paper,we propose the distributed resource allocation mechanism based on a multi-agent model.An agent,which is assigned to each activity or to each resource,determines its own actions in order to balance all the resource utilizations. Due to the distributed nature of the proposed mechanism,this mechanism causes the oscillation when there is a communication delay or a sampling interval based on the information locally available,to it.We propose methods for estimating a current resource utilization in order to reduce the oscillation of resource utilizations. We apply the proposed mechanism to channel allocation in ATM network,and show their effectiveness through simulations.
