Abstract(in English) From the viewpoint of the efficient utilization of the resources of the telecommunication network,State-Dependent Dynamic Routing(SDDR)has been recognized to be significantly useful.SDDR is a mothod of controlling a network using its real-time status.In addition,it is expected to control the network more efficiently with intelligent operations by network operators.When using SDDR, the number of candidates of the alternate routes for one direct route is generally large,and the optimal one is decided accorging to their capacities and the current traffic on them.And in spite of the algorithms of their selection,the more congested routes are, the longer time it takes to determin the whole selections of alternate routes.Btt to maintain the quality of the network,the status of the network must be observed in real-time,and the time for the detemination of alternate routes must be limited.We propose an adaptive network control method according to the status to maintain the quality of the network.First,we clarify the concept of the adaptive real-time planning.Secondly,we evaluate the efficiency of SDDR using this planning method.
