Distributed Search System of Internet News Using Statistical Thesauruses

Abstract(in English) It is needed that search system which expand the keyword to similar keywords when a user search the Internet News. Because the user can not input keywords completely. In this paper, a comparison of several similarity was made of co-occurrence statistics , connect statistics , vectors derived by neibour statistics from large test corpora and nominal similarity using edit map. With these statistical thesauruses and other symbolic thesaruses, the distributed search system that users can search documents flexibly was proposed.
