Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The growth of computer communication, such as the Internet, and computational power of computers are making multimedia applications possible for common use. However, the efficient use of resources and dynamic control of applications for satisfying a user's required QoS are still difficult problems. To solve these problems, we have proposed a Flexible Video Conferencing Systems based on multi-agent system using ADIPS flamework. In this paper, we explain the design of a cooperation protocol, which has been implemented on a Flexible Video Conferencing System, for the multi-agent system. This Video Conferencing system enables efficient usage of resources and the dynamic control of the QoS required by the user.
