Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Software requirements are often uncertain. Moreover, there are wide gaps in knowledge and experiences on the domain to be developed between the system engineers and the users. Thus, it is difficult to acquire user's correct requirements effectively. On the other hand, the requirements acquisition under the distributed environments became more important by the growth of the internet. Analyzing real requirements acquisition processes, we found that interviews for the requirement acquisition have the common items. We propose a software system to acquire user's requirements which reflect above findings. That is, the templates which reflect engineer's knowledge, a method of visualization which helps common understanding of the requirements, and some methods for validating and verifying on the requirements. Experiments of the requirements acquisitions are conducted by using our prototype system. Those results show that our proposal is effective in acquiring requirements.
