Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The increasing development of information technologies has allowed the blooming of communication systems, with which people could communicate each other without time and space constrains. However many problems have still been pointed out in comparison with face-to-face meetings. To enhance the efficiency of the face-to-face decision making meeting, this paper proposes a preliminary meeting support system in the unsynchronized distributed environment. First,we show the experimental electronic unsysnchronized communication analysis in order to understand the role of this type of communication. Second, using this analysis, we propose a distributed unsynchronized communication model to support the discussion in the unsynchronized environment. We also propose a prototype system applying the above model.
