| 抄録(和) | 本研究ではネットワーク管理者の知識の補完と作業の軽減を支援するシステムの構築によって、均質な管理作業を可能にすることを目的とした。構成管理において知識不足のユーザでも知識を持った管理者と同等の設定作業を可能とするために、各マシンの設定情報を定期的にインベントリDBへ保管し、設定変更時に適切な候補値を提示するインベントリ設定支援システムを試作した。また管理者の知識や経験に依存せず均質な性能・障害管理を実現するために、監視項目間の関連性に基づいて有向グラフを定義し、これを用いた負荷原因探索アルゴリズムを提案した。インベントリ設定支援システムについて、設定変更作業における管理者への質問に着目した統計的検定を行い、その有効性を確認できた。また障害予防知識ベースについて恣意的な過負荷状態におけるシステムの出力を分析することで、的確な負荷原因探索に有効であることを確認できた。 |
| 抄録(英) | This paper propose a support system which supplies expert knowledge on the network environments to the novice administrator of the networks The authers design and implement an inventoly Configuration SupportSystem which enables the end users to modify the configuration by referring the database and the candidates of values.The authors also design and implement a Trouble Prevention Support System by using trouble detecting knowledge base.They define the relationships between the watching items and the threshold values based on the structure of the network system.Even if the administrator has not enough knowledge on the system structure or real cases of trouble, this system enables him/her to discover the parts of trouble or overloaded.In order to evaluate the inventory Configuration System, they counted the queries to the administrator when the users set the configuration.The statistical test shows that this system is effective for the users.To evaluate trouble detecting knowledge base, they intentionally overloaded the networks.The result shows that the knowledge base works well for the supplement of administrator's knowledge. |
