| 抄録(和) | 組織は, 自立性を持った個の集合として複雑系の側面を持つ。環境変化の激しい今日では, 還元論的な合理化原理に基づいて構成される階層型組織の限界が露呈してきている。現在求められる組織のデザインを解明するためには, 複雑系科学のアプローチを組織研究に取り入れていることが有効であると考えられる。本稿では, 複雑系科学のアプローチによる組織科学研究について概観した上で, 魚群の行動をシミュレートする人工生命ソフトウェアによる実験による知見を実際の組織にあてはめて考察する。また, 今後, このソフトウェアを拡張していく方向を提示する。 |
| 抄録(英) | An Organization is consisted from a group of autonomic individuals. Therefore we can see organizations as complex systems. To understand the new design of the organization that is effective in the turbulent environment, it is useful to introduce the approaches used in complexities. The overview of the organization science researches using new approach and the discussion regarding findings from the artificial life simulation software are presented. Simple simulation software can explain some aspects of organizational behaviors. |
