Abstract(in English) An Organization is consisted from a group of autonomic individuals. Therefore we can see organizations as complex systems. To understand the new design of the organization that is effective in the turbulent environment, it is useful to introduce the approaches used in complexities. The overview of the organization science researches using new approach and the discussion regarding findings from the artificial life simulation software are presented. Simple simulation software can explain some aspects of organizational behaviors.
