| 抄録(和) | 気象レーダ画像から局地・短時間の降雨・降雪を予測する手法として, ニューラルネット技術と時空間画像処理技術を組み合わせた手法を提案する. 本手法では, 地域の特性, 降水量の変化などをニューラルネットにより予測し, 移流成分を時空間画像処理手法により予測する. 次に, 本手法を用いた気象予測システム: My Weather, FAX気象予報システムについて述べる. 本システムの特徴として, 5分単位でリアルタイムに予測情報を更新し, かつ, 2.5Km単位の局地的なエリアの降雨・降雪を予測でき, インターネットやFAXにより, 随時, 予測情報を取得できる点が挙げられる. |
| 抄録(英) | We propose the nowcasting method, which predicts the rainfall and snowfall in the very local and short time range, with artificial neural networks and spatiotemporal image precessing. Based on these techniques, the percipitation nowcasting system called "My Weather" and "FAX weather foreacst system" are developed. These systems have three major advantages; the forecasts are made every five minutes; the forecasts are offered on the small mesh size of 2.5km x 2.5 km; users can access the forecasts easily by the Internet or the facsimile. |
