| Abstract(in English) | CTI is said to unify an information & communication environment in an office in the near future, which is a system or a technique to unify computer and telephony. We performed the poll on an information & communication environment in an office and CTI to the specified people who are concerned about computer and communication. This is the result of the poll; in dentail, dissatisfaction for an information & communication equipment in an office, request for improvement and expectation for functions of CTI etc. Furthermore, we discuss an application of CTI for telework. |
