| 抄録(和) | 一階述語論理は記述能力が高く,複雑な概念を表現する時に有効である.本稿では一階述語論理で帰納的に概念を学習する枠組である帰納的論理プログラミングと遺伝的プログラミングの2つに着目し,両者を統合した新しい概念学習手法を提案して,その手法に基づいたシステムについて報告する. 概念をあらわすホーン節獲得のための探索手法として遺伝的アルゴリズムを用いることにより,訓練例と背景知識だけから帰納的に学習を行う.本システムは遺伝的アルゴリズムを用いているため,正例と負例という離散的な評価を持つ訓練例からの学習のみでなく,従来の手法では困難であった連続的な評価を持つ例からの学習も行うことに成功している. |
| 抄録(英) | We present a new method for concept learning based on first order logic. There are two frameworks of concept learning - Inductive Logic Programming and Genetic Programming. The main idea of our work is integration of the two systems. We propose to merge mode and type declarations of Inductive Logic Programming with the search method of Genetic Programming, called Genetic Algorithm. It is possible for our system to learn a concept not only from positive and negative training examples but also from training examples having continuous values. Abilities of our system are shown by experimental results. |
