Abstract(in English) | The magnetic and magneto-optical properties of TbFeCo/(Pt,Pd) multilayer films prepared by sputter-deposition have been studied. The absolute magnitude for the polar Kerr rotation angle of TbFeCo/Pt multilayers increases at ultraviolet photon energis. On the other hand, little contribution from Pd is found in the spectra of TbFeCo/Pd multilayers. The peak of ωσ_ |
