Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) A wide range servo system for a magnetic head actuator was studied while considering the in-phase property. The in-phase property is defined for a special structure system whose transfer function is described as a summation of a rigid-body mode component and flexible mode components. When every flexible mode of its impulse reponse has the initial derivative of the same sign as the rigid-body mode, the system is in-phase. The in-phase property brings much higher control performance. We examined feasibilities of a wide frequency range surpassing resonance mode for a in-phase structure system of a magentic head actuator. We also considered a methodology for designing a in-phase structure system.
