Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) FeAlSi, FeAlSiO multilayers prepared by the pulse reactive sputtering were investigated. The layered structure had a high thermal stability because of the r compositional similarity between the magnetic layer and intermediate layer. The magnetic properties were affected by the magnetostatic coupling over the FeAlSi layer thickens of 50nm and by the ″nanocrystalline effect″ under 4Onm,as well as the ordering of FeAlSi.In consequence, the multilayer exhibited initial permeability of 7000 at 1 MHz even even after the thermal annealing at 700℃.
