Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Exchange couplings between Fe layers and magnetoresistive effects, are investigated in Fe, Cr/Fe/Ni-Fe/NiO multilayers with spin-valve structures. The interlayer exchange coupling oscillates as the Cr layer thickness increases in the multilayers. When the thickness of the Cr layer is 1.2 nm,the negative interlayer exchange coupling becomes maximum and the multilayer shows the magnetoresistance ratio of 0.13%.The magnetoresistance ratio is much lower than those of Fe/Cr multilayers.
