| 抄録(和) | 物体の陰影は3次元形状を復元するための重要な情報であるが,一方で人物検出などの画像認識や実写画像の合成では障害となることも多い.本論文では,1枚の実写画像から陰影を除去する手法について述べる.この手法は,色分布のクラスタ解析により,実写画像を日向領域と陰影領域に分割し,陰影領域に対して色および明度の補正を行うことで陰影を除去するものである.実写画像を用いた実験を行い,クラスタリングと色および明度の補正方法について評価し考察を述べる. |
| 抄録(英) | Although shadows of objects are important information for 3D reconstruction, sometimes they become obstacles to image composition or image recognition, such as person detection. In this paper, we describe a technique of removing the shadow from a still image. By clustering in color space, an image is segmented into shadow regions and sunshine ones. The shadow removal is performed by correcting color and intensity. In experiments, we evaluate the correction method using real images. |
