| Abstract(in English) | We have been developing the methods for facial parts recognition such as eyes, a nose, a mouth, etc. This paper pays attention especially to eye (iris) recognition by Hough transform, and new hierarchical method for face tracking and recognition is proposed in order to realize a human friendly facial interface media eye-contacting to the partner on TV conference environment. |
