| 抄録(和) | この論文では,3次元マルチスライスCT画像から人体の胸部臓器と組織を抽出・認識するための一手法について述べる.本手法では,複数の画像処理手順の組み合わせにより,3次元胸部CT画像に含まれている各臓器と組織が存在する領域を逐次的に特定する.領域を特定する際に,画素の濃度値と空間連結性に関する情報を用いる.本手法を実際のマルチスライスCT画像2症例に適用し,初期的な認識結果を示す.また,本研究の応用例として,臓器認識の結果に基づく3次元CT画像の可視化及び模擬2次元X線写真の生成を示す。 |
| 抄録(英) | This paper presents a framework for automated extraction and recognition of thoracic organ regions from clinical multi-slice chest CT images. This framework includes several image processing procedures used to recognize the different organ and tissue regions sequentially from the CT image. The density distribution and strength of connectivity of different organ regions have been investigated and used for the recognition process. We applied this framework to actual clinical chest CT images and showed preliminary results of the organ regions recognition. |
