| 抄録(和) | 火災に対しては, 初期消火というものが非常に重要であり, 優れた火災の自動検知機器の要求が高い.火災の検知機器として, 建物火災など屋内火災には煙や熱を感知する警報器が使用されているが, 林野火災など屋外火災にはこういった警報器は役に立たず, 目視やヘリコプターによる巡視に頼らざるを得ないのが実状である.そこで, カメラ画像を用いて広範囲の監視を行い, 火災に結びつきそうな炎の早期発見を行う方式を提案する.本発表では, 連続的に撮像されるカラー画像より, 色, 形状, 動きなどの炎の特徴を表す複数の適用度関数を組み合わせることにより, 炎のみを安定して検出する手法を提案する. |
| 抄録(英) | In the case that the fire occurred fire fighting in the early period is very important. Therefore, the detection devices of the excellent fire are hoped. For example, it cannot monitor a wide area. The case, human being see and monitor. In this paper, We propose the method that descovers early the fire by using the color image sequence. The camera image can measure the wide area. This method pays attention to the following visual characteristic, color, form, movement of the fire, and applies the adaptation degree function. Also, the example of the experiment that used this method is shown. |
