Abstract(in English) It is important to add significant indexes with temporal weight into the video in order to deliver personalized video digest via the Internet. We have developed MPEG-7 authoring system. This system generates indexes based on both predefined basic information about indexes and the history of events that input by hand. It outputs MPEG-7 files with generated indexes. We can apply this system to many kinds of video, because it can also create indexes based on scene structure of the video. As the result, using generated indexes with temporal weight, We have tested that personalized video digest with flexible time by experiment.
