Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Functions for the visual inspection functions of color defects such as color spots or color stains are required to the pattern inspection machines for printed materials. Problems to develop the inspection systems for these defects, the color inspection characteristics of the inspection machines are hard to be standardized. In this research, the calibration method to adjust all the aspects of the color evaluation features of the pattern inspection machine are adjusted to the standard color measurement instrument. Also, the inspection machine is adopted the human sensitivity to evaluate the color differences which is dependded on the colors under inspection.
